Gallery U in Westfield celebrates Earth Day
with artist and children’s book author Gary Tsiperfal, LSW

Gallery U Boutique is pleased to celebrate the 45th anniversary of Earth Day with a special exhibition, readings, book signings and children’s activity with Just Be Green author and artist Gary Tsiperfal, LSW.

The future of the Earth depends on you.
So let’s educate ourselves on what we can do!
You can make a difference and here is how,
so let’s be green and make our Mother Nature proud!

So begins Just Be Green, an inspiring book that encourages everyone—not just children— to be more responsible toward the environment, themselves and others.  Author and artist Gary Tsiperfal, LSW, was raised with core values of kindness, graciousness, and respect toward all in society and he is passing on those elements of peace and love through the lyrical language and vivid artwork of Just Be Green.

A public reception that includes a meet and greet and book signing with the author will be held on Friday, April 3, 2015, from 6-8 PM.  All are welcome. Original artwork from Just Be Green will be on exhibit during the month of April.

Leave that screen and do something green, like a long walk or draw with chalk.

A special children’s event with Gary Tsiperfal, LSW, will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2015, from 1-3 PM. The afternoon will include a reading and book signing, followed by an interactive sidewalk chalk art workshop (inspired by Just Be Green) with the artist. All participating children will receive a special gift and guardians will be entered for an opportunity to win a gift basket of Gallery U Boutique merchandise. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

About GARY TSIPERFAL, LSW Gary aspires to live his life in “a celebration of art, imagination, and spirituality.” Born in New York and raised in East Brunswick, NJ, Gary is an alumnus of Rutgers University.
